Our agreement
with you.

Heartscript creates an original, personalized song based on the story you share. Every order includes:

• A custom-written song (typically 2–3 minutes) with vocals, instrumentation, and arrangement.
• A high-quality MP3 file delivered to your email.
• A frame-worthy lyrics sheet (PDF).
• A short Instagram Reel version of your song.
• Custom album cover artwork.
• One free revision (see “Revisions” below).

Our base price is ₹1,999 for a personalized song with everything listed above. Optional Priority 24-Hour Delivery is +₹499.

Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

Standard delivery: 7 days from when we receive your story details.

Priority delivery: 24 hours from when we receive your story details. Choose this at checkout for +₹499.

If the date you need it by is more than 7 days away, standard delivery will arrive comfortably in advance. If you choose priority, we'll have it to you the next day.

We'll always email you the moment your song is ready.

Each song is a digital, custom-built piece of work, so we don't offer cash refunds. What we do offer — and stand behind — is one free re-creation if your song doesn't feel right.

You have 30 days from your order date to request the re-creation. Email hello@heartscript.in with your order reference and tell us what didn't work. We'll rebuild the song from scratch — new lyrics, new arrangement, new vocal take — and deliver it within 7 days (or 24 hours if your original order was Priority).

Cash refunds apply only in these specific cases:

• Cancellation within 1 hour of ordering, before we've started reading your story.
• We can't deliver — any production failure on our end.
• Duplicate or fraudulent charges, verified with the bank.

You do. Once delivered, the personal-use rights to your song belong to you — play it, share it, post it, frame it, sing it at the wedding.

Heartscript retains the right to use anonymized excerpts (instrumental only, no lyrics with personal details) on our website or social media as portfolio examples. We will never publish your full song, your story, or any personally identifying details without explicit written permission.

If you'd like to license your song commercially (for an ad, a film, etc.), email us — we'll work something out.

By submitting your story, you confirm:

• The details you share are truthful, to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to share these details (e.g., you're not sharing a third party's private information without their consent in a way that could harm them).
• The song is for a lawful, non-harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to decline or refund an order if the requested song would be harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

We're a small studio. We do our best, but some things are outside our control:

• Email deliverability issues (we'll always have your song ready — if it bounces, write us and we'll resend).
• How the recipient actually reacts (we can't guarantee tears, just that we'll do our best to earn them).
• Delays caused by unclear or incomplete story details.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and note the date. The terms in effect at the time of your order are the ones that apply to your order.
